Job summary

Friendship Community Care, Inc. in Russellville, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a part-time evening schedule (3:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

The role works on an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, quality services in home and community settings, helping clients with daily living tasks and care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meal planning, transportation, documentation per FCC and Medicaid guidelines, and supporting client health, safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license required.
• Experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments with a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain communication and document progress per FCC and plan of care.
• Complete required documentation per Medicaid and FCC guidelines.
• Follow safety and health procedures to support client wellbeing.
