Job summary

Support Solutions in Jackson, TN is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Monday–Friday 3PM–11PM with weekends possible. This role involves assisting individuals with disabilities to live self-directed lives and develop daily living skills.

The position offers weekly pay and includes a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of service, plus a $300 referral bonus for employee referrals who complete 90 days. Must meet essential requirements and participate in training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must meet state and local background checks and training requirements.
• Must complete and maintain required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines per ISP.
• Respect the person-centered approach and empower self-direction.
• Help the person integrate into the community and maintain relationships.
• Provide safe transportation to events, job sites, and medical appointments.
• Manage personal funds, vehicles, and other agency resources.
• Document shift notes and data in electronic records.
