Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Efficiently assist with daily living activities and ensure a structured routine while promoting independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings.
• Meal preparation and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Personal care and accompany medical appointments.
• Medication distribution.
