Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure if required by the state.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in standard digital tools including Microsoft Office and EHR/HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, special events, and marketing functions.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver courteous, accurate service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety standards.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables; manage waste and daily checklists.
• Assist with cleaning dining areas and maintain floors, tables, and chairs.
• Follow recipes and ingredient labels and communicate menu details to residents.
