Job summary

Persimmon Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Portland, Indiana, is seeking Dietary Cooks for the evening shift to prepare and serve meals per planned menus and portion control policies. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and coordinate with nursing for diet changes.

Review diet changes and coordinate dietary services with nursing and other departments.
Review menus prior to preparation and ensure trays meet diet preferences.
Assist in inventorying and storing incoming foods, supplies, and equipment.
