Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare food according to menus.
• Cook and prepare meals in batches to ensure freshness and proper temperatures.
• Assist and educate servers on food preparations, garnishing and presentation.
• Supervise servers with food preparation, cleaning, and storage of supplies and equipment.
