Job summary

You will plan repairs in our M5 planner and source exact parts for flawless execution. You will maintain a diverse fleet including CNG, gas, and electric vehicles, ensure strict safety compliance, mentor teammates, and stay current with technology through manuals and corporate training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a diesel mechanic technical diploma is a plus.
• At least 1 year of dedicated experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and digital tools.
• Ability to pass and meet all company safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul heavy-duty diesel trucks and hydraulics.
• Maintain and fine-tune a diverse lineup of heavy diesel, CNG, gas, and electric vehicles.
• Plan repairs in the M5 planner and source exact parts for flawless execution.
• Follow all safety regulations to keep yourself and the team safe.
• Collaborate with the team to review write-ups, coordinate shop schedules, and onboard new talent.
• Stay updated on industry tech through manuals and training seminars.
• Bring and maintain personal tools; keep a clean, organized work area.
