Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains department merchandising per plan and ensures on-shelf availability, freshness, quality and value.
• Trains department staff on freshness, inventory, stocking and shelf conditioning; assists customers with product recommendations.
• Leads merchandising, scheduling, and labor management to meet or exceed goals and adheres to safety regulations.
