The role requires 4-6 years warehouse experience, 1-3 years supervisory, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Starting salary is $71,732 plus experience, with an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience.
• 1-3 years as a lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read/ write and identify colors, sizes, SKUs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to change in a high-demand environment.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and knowledge.
• Oversee distribution center operations for accurate, timely processing.
• Provide coaching and development to hourly staff.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate across departments to drive productivity.
• Analyze trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
