The role requires inventory control experience, 4-6 years in warehousing, and 1-3 years in a lead or supervisory position; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure accurate, timely processing of products.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff including coaching, counseling, and career development.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback on performance.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity.
• Analyze trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Foster an environment of respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Address employee needs with professionalism and fairness.
• Manage difficult employee situations professionally.
