Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a DC Overnight Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping at our New Jersey distribution center. You will lead hourly staff, coach for performance, and ensure accurate, timely processing of orders.

The role requires strong leadership, warehouse experience, and the ability to adapt to a high-demand environment. A degree is preferred and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience.
• 1-3 years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to improve productivity and safety.
• Oversee all distribution center operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide direction and coaching to hourly staff, including development and corrective actions.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and give feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate across departments to boost productivity.
