Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our mission of outstanding service by welcoming calls, entering orders in SeaSoft, and collaborating with dispatch and drivers to satisfy customer needs.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong PC/MS Office skills, and ERP experience. Candidates must be available 4:00 PM–12:00 AM and on Sundays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Experience: Demonstrated phone-based customer service.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Ethic: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Communications: Strong English verbal communication.
Technical: Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent and courteous customer service by receiving calls and understanding customer requirements and needs.
Learn and maintain high levels of product knowledge to service customers.
Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to grow relationships.
Inform customers of items not ordered or out of stock; offer appropriate alternatives.
Ensure accuracy of customer information and data entry into ERP SeaSoft.
Coordinate with Drivers and Outside Sales to meet customer requirements promptly.
Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager.
