Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial work at our facility in New Haven. The role covers cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to established standards, including safe waste disposal and daily equipment checks.

The position requires English literacy, reliability, and the ability to work a schedule from 5 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and physical stamina for lifting and transferring

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal English instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the company’s integrity.
• Carries out routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors and restrooms to sanitary standards.
• Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and surfaces; uses safety equipment as required.
• Empties trash and maintains cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Reports safety hazards to supervisor and follows PPE and infection control procedures.
