Owens Realty Services in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Heavy Cleaner to perform custodial work at our facilities. The shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a pay rate of $21.30 per hour, and the job includes cleaning offices, restrooms, floors and common areas following industry standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience; ability to understand English; and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner.
• Cleans and sanitizes offices, lobbies, restrooms and common areas.
• Vacuuming and dusting surfaces; polishes fixtures and furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety; operates cleaning equipment.
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE as required.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
