Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform cleaning duties across our facilities in Florida. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for tenants and visitors, with duties spanning offices, lobbies, restrooms and common areas.

The role requires reliability, basic English comprehension and the ability to follow instructions. Shift—weekdays, 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, 5 hours weekly, at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks to reflect the highest integrity of the Custodial Department.
• Cleans and dusts offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Full vacuuming in traffic areas and carpets; clean and polish surfaces.
• Handle trash and recyclables; maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and areas.
