Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian in Pierson, FL. The role involves cleaning all areas of the facility and performing duties to maintain a sanitary environment.

Work is Monday through Friday evenings, 6:30PM to 8:30PM, totaling about 10 hours per week with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow instructions with common-sense understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties to clean all areas of the facility.
• Clean offices, lobbies, cafeterias, lounges, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and blinds.
• Handle trash, recycling and waste disposal.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed.
• Lock/unlock doors and secure areas as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and report hazards to supervisor.
