Job summary

Kids for the Future in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a reliable custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment. The role includes general cleaning, floor care, snow removal, and assisting with special events, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Hours are 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly, with occasional weekend events. The position carries a $1.00 per hour evening shift differential and requires a high school diploma and ability to lift up

Qualifications

• General custodial tasks; safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Flexibility to work with others and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties including floor care and cleaning.
• Perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal and lawn tasks.
• Assist other building personnel with event setup.
• Learn and operate building mechanical systems.
• Support Head/Lead Custodian and maintenance personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
