Responsibilities

• Assists in supervision of shift custodians with Facility Manager.
• Assists with site snow removal to ensure access and safety.
• Cleans facilities and grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe environment.
• Delivers items to appropriate parties within the site.
• Informs staff and students about activities, safety, and maintenance.
• Monitors safety and operational concerns around work areas.
• Performs summer maintenance and prepares facilities for events.
• Reselements facilities for daily operations and hazard-free spaces.
• Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies as needed.
• Responds to inquiries and directs to appropriate personnel.
