Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Evendale, OH to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves JANITORIAL duties, hazardous waste handling, and operating cleaning equipment in a team with other staff.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, with hourly pay of $14.25–$15.25. The company emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and adherence to protocols and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
