Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodian in Dayton, Ohio. The role focuses on cleanliness, sanitation, and safe operation of cleaning equipment during a Monday–Friday shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Candidates should be able to perform routine duties, follow safety protocols, and assist with hazardous waste handling as needed. The position requires no specific education; 3–6 months training or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use
• May require forklift certification and driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Follow daily schedule and safety policies
• Handle hazardous waste duties including collection, labeling, and shipping
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report hazards
• Collaborate with team and supervisor, present professional conduct
