Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Ohio to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, following the daily schedule, and operating motorized cleaning equipment.

You will report hazards, follow safety rules, collaborate with the team, and present a professional appearance. The schedule offers Monday–Friday shifts with several time options and a pay rate ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; read and interpret instructions; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; safe handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
