Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in the Wexford area to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role emphasizes safe, reliable daily operations and teamwork with other staff.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a wage of $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. No specific education is required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; forklift certification may be required. SBM provides comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
