SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced facilities environment.

The ideal candidate will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow all company protocols while delivering professional service to clients and coworkers. Shift is Monday-Friday 11:00AM-7:30PM with hourly pay of $16–$17 and potential benefits.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have clean driving record if required for site visits (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning tasks.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
