Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. Tasks include janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and handling hazardous waste following safety rules and site procedures.

The role requires the ability to read instructions and work with a team, with the potential for forklift training if needed. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–8:00pm, with a $15.50–$16.50 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require forklift certification or training if needed by site.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties across assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment as directed.
• Handle hazardous waste activities: collect, classify, sort, store, ship/receive, label, recycle, and package as required.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety policies and procedures.
