Job summary

Owens Realty Services seeks a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at our facilities in the Acworth, GA area. You will clean offices, lobbies, restrooms and common areas to industry standards, typically cleaning 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour depending on location.

Pay is $15.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday, 5 pm–7 pm schedule. A High School diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience are preferred; English literacy and adherence to safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is preferred.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks to keep offices, lobbies and restrooms clean and sanitary.
• Cleans and dusts surfaces, floors, and fixtures to standard.
• Stocks supplies and safely disposes of waste per procedures.
• Maintains safe, organized work areas and reports hazards.
• Follows safety protocols and uses PPE as required.
