Qualifikationen

• Supervisory/lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in custodial services required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience managing employee work schedules and timekeeping.
• Experience developing and maintaining custodial standards and SOPs.
• Inventory management experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Functions as working supervisor.
• Assists custodial supervisor in establishing areas of responsibility and work assignments.
• Ensures personnel and equipment necessary to accomplish tasks are available.
• Checks standards of performance and initiates corrective action.
• Maintains control of supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Maintains personnel attendance records.
• Adheres to safety procedures and Florida Right To Know requirements.
