Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you'll perform and lead custodial tasks, operate industrial cleaning equipment, and supervise a team of environmental services staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in Environmental Services with supervisory experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of Environmental Services experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
