Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in custodial work is required, with one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours with some weekends and holidays, and pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans the daily work activities of the crew and assigns duties.
• Supervises crew to ensure work is performed satisfactorily.
• Inspects areas to ensure work is completed.
• Maintains attendance records and time sheets.
• Maintains equipment inventory and supplies.
