HES Facilities is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations for educational facilities. You will lead a team, schedule shifts, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across assigned buildings.

The role requires training staff in safety procedures, investigating incidents, and coordinating building safety during emergencies. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this on-site position.

Formación

• Experience supervising custodial staff in a facilities setting.
• Ability to implement safety training and PPE programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise custodians daily, ensuring quantity and quality of work.
• Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily cleaning routines.
• Train staff in safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Investigate accidents and report injuries with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate emergencies and building safety plans during incidents.
• Manage supplies and coordinate with management on product usage.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and disciplinary guidance as needed.
