Chimes is seeking an Evening Supervisor (Finance) to oversee janitorial operations on a designated shift at the Baltimore site. You will supervise, train, and inspect custodial staff, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and a respectful approach to all individuals, including persons with disabilities, with duties spanning scheduling, reporting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• CPR/FR certification required.
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements.
• Experience with MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS and JAMS electronic tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff on assigned shift and area to meet contract standards.
• Schedule, inspect, and evaluate cleaning activities and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, dress code, and contract specs.
• Maintain daily logs and submit required reports to managers.
• Coordinate with inspectors to resolve cleaning issues and implement corrective actions.
