Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in Columbus, OH who will oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas while providing work direction to custodial staff.

The role involves scheduling, training, operating cleaning equipment, inventory management, quality and safety inspections, and reporting incidents. Evening shift Mon-Fri from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, pay $19–$20 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; MVR checked.
• Completed safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow daily schedule and assist Custodial Supervisor as directed.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Track inventory of supplies and equipment; purchase as needed.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents, hazards, and personnel issues to supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain safe work practices.
