Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Lynn, MA seeks a Stabilization Clinician to deliver urgent behavioral health care through crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment for individuals and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary CBHC team to provide solution-focused interventions and collaborate across care systems to promote stability and timely access to ongoing services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Independent Clinical licensure preferred.
• Experience with adults with mental illness and/or substance use.
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention capabilities.
• Ability to develop short-term interventions and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent behavioral health care via crisis planning and stabilization.
• Provide flexible, community-based care in various settings.
• Offer solution-focused clinical support and skills training.
• Assess safety and determine levels of care, developing stabilization plans.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and participate in trainings.
