Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Danvers, MA, seeks a Clinical Stabilization Manager to supervise staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care and assessments within our Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

You will develop short- and long-term stabilization plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure evidence-based interventions that promote crisis stabilization and a smooth transition to ongoing services.

Qualifikationen

• Massachusetts Independent Clinical License (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC, etc.) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a similar population, including supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical, assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment triaging urgent care needs.

Aufgaben

• Supervise staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessment services.
• Oversee stabilization plan development with follow-up supports and safety planning.
• Supervise short-term, evidence-based crisis treatments including trauma and psychiatric care.
• Ensure safety and crisis plans are evidence-based and focused on stabilization.
• Provide clinical/administrative supervision and manage transitions between teams.
