Zusammenfassung

UPMC's Resolve Crisis Service in partnership with 988/Lifeline is seeking Crisis Clinicians to join our Phone Center in Allegheny County. This on-site role involves providing crisis support through active listening and developing plans to meet identified needs; evening hours required; every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work (transcripts required). Certifications such as CPR, CCMC, and clearances are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or social work.
• Transcript(s) must be attached for consideration.
• Ability to respond calmly with sound clinical judgment.
• Recovery-oriented interpersonal relations.

• Participate in crisis clinician orientation and training.
• Develop assessment, de-escalation, and documentation plans.
• Utilize EMR to obtain information and complete notes.
• Provide supportive counseling to promote stability.
• Manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Refer clients to appropriate services and negotiate referrals.
• Conduct lethality assessments to determine level of care.
• Document thoroughly and complete required paperwork.
