Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA, is seeking an Evening Cook to join our food services team. You will prepare and assemble meals for cafeteria, patient, and catering needs, following recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.

The schedule is 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with Fridays and Saturdays off, offering a stable evening shift within a supportive hospital environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Culinary School preferred.
• A student currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary School preferred.
• 1 year experience as a cook. May substitute for years of experience if graduated or currently enrolled in an accredited Culinary School.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks in the preparation of meals, interprets recipes, cooks and assembles large volumes of food for the cafeteria, patient, and catering meals.
