• Cleans surfaces, sweeps floors, and stores unused foods.
• Works at a steady pace to ensure meals are ready on time.
• Observes infection control policies and maintains equipment cleanliness.
• Assists in processing diet changes and specialized diets.
• Records temperatures for freezer and walk-in refrigerators.
