Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Conversion Operator to support Alpharetta manufacturing operations.

You will perform start-up, set-up, and run for production, read schedules and BOMs, select materials, and verify products meet specifications on a 4 PM to 12 AM shift with overtime as needed. You must read English measurements, use basic computer and math skills, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 pounds while standing and working 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English (US Customary) measurements.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/4 inch.
• Basic computer skills and math ability.
• Past packaging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production schedule and BOM.
• Set up and operate the conversion line per instructions.
• Select raw materials and ensure proper product specs.
• Cycle the machine with limited maintenance support.
• Test products and adjust line settings to spec.
• Package and label finished goods per instructions.
• Comply with Food Safety Regulations.
