Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. in Roanoke, VA seeks an Operator II Conversion for the 2nd shift (4 PM–12 AM). You will operate conversion line machinery, start-up and set-up, read the production schedule and BOM, select raw materials, and ensure product meets specifications.

You will perform line adjustments, package products, and comply with Food Safety Regulations; expect overtime as required. The role requires physical work, measuring with rulers, basic math, and PPE compliance in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Read & understand English (US Customary) measuring system.
• Able to read ruler measurement to the nearest.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production schedule and BOM.
• Set up and operate the conversion line per work orders.
• Select proper raw materials and confirm product characteristics.
• Make line adjustments and verify product is in spec.
• Package product and label with lot/serial information.
• Adhere to applicable Food Safety Regulations.
