Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Conversion Operator II for the 3rd shift to operate and set up the conversion line, identifying materials, and ensuring products meet specifications. The shift runs from 12AM to 8AM with potential overtime. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand English using US customary units.
• Basic reading of a ruler and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production schedule and BOM.
• Set up and start the conversion line with correct raw materials.
• Operate the conversion machine and make line adjustments as needed.
• Test product for specifications and packaging.
• Label products with batch/serial information and lot numbers.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain quality and safety during 12-hour shifts.
