Mativ Holdings, Inc. in Roanoke, VA seeks an Operator II Conversion for the 2nd shift (4 PM–12 AM). You will operate conversion line machinery, start-up and set-up, read the production schedule and BOM, select raw materials, and ensure product meets specifications.
You will perform line adjustments, package products, and comply with Food Safety Regulations; expect overtime as required. The role requires physical work, measuring with rulers, basic math, and PPE compliance in a manufacturing

Our Conversion Operator supports Mativ's machine operation. This individual will efficiently and safely perform the duties of conversion line machine operation, including identifying the correct raw materials required, start-up, set-up, and running for production. The shift schedule is 4PM-12AM. Must be able to work overtime when required.
