Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a conversion line machine operator to efficiently and safely run the production line, identify the correct raw materials, and perform start-up and set-up tasks.

The shift is from 4 PM to 12 AM, with overtime as required. Responsibilities include following the production schedule and BOM, selecting materials, cycling the machine with limited maintenance, testing and adjusting the line, packaging and labeling products, and ensuring compliance with food safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and understand English measuring system.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production schedule and BOM.
• Perform set-up including selecting proper raw materials.
• Cycle the machine with limited maintenance.
• Test initial product, length, bag alignment where applicable.
• Make necessary line adjustments.
• Verify product is in spec per work orders.
• Package product according to packaging instructions.
• Label products with lot number, serial, product type or description.
• Adhere to Food Safety Regulations as applicable.
