Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Evening Controls Technician to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues on production equipment. The role involves diagnosing problems, repairing and making programming changes to improve reliability, and documenting work in the EAM system.

The position offers day-one health insurance, PTO/holidays, a well-being account, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. After a day-one training on day shift, you will transition to the evening shift with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a closely related controls/maintenance role.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Must obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment to detect hazards and service needs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues on production machines.
• Repair equipment and implement PLC programming changes for reliability.
• Document repairs and preventative maintenance in the EAM system.
• Support machine improvements with CEPG and assist with PLC support.
