Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Evening Controls Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, focusing on PLCs, servo controls, and motor systems. The role supports reliability improvements and requires experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and RSLogix.

Day-one health insurance and PTO are provided, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position trains on day shift for up to two months before switching to evening shift, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and optional Friday OT.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a closely related role.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Licenses for forklift and aerial platform required or obtainable.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues on production equipment.
• Analyze equipment and perform repairs and programming changes for reliability.
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the work order system.
• Operate and test servo motors and variable frequency drives.
• Collaborate with CEPG on machine improvements.
