The Concierge will manage calls and visits, support the Administrator and Marketing teams, and help maintain daily logs and security checks. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of administrative office experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Assist residents with personalized services and daily needs.
• Manage incoming calls, visitors, and outside vendors.
• Support the Administrator and Marketing team with clerical and office management tasks.
• Maintain the shift Daily Activity Log.
• Monitor security cameras and complete security checks throughout common areas.
• Assist with trash removal, laundry, and light housekeeping support as needed.
• Help keep the lobby, administrative areas, and theater clean and organized.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Assist with setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Highlands Hall.
