Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Concierge at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna to welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff. You will assist with daily needs, manage calls and visitors, and support various departments in a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes organization, calm professionalism, and a helpful, service-oriented mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with starting pay $15.50+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of administrative office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Assist residents with personalized services and daily needs.
• Manage incoming calls, visitors, and outside vendors.
• Support the Administrator and Marketing team with clerical and office management tasks.
• Maintain the shift Daily Activity Log.
• Monitor security cameras and complete security checks throughout common areas.
• Complete spa end-of-day checklist responsibilities.
• Assist with trash removal, laundry, and light housekeeping support as needed.
• Help keep the lobby, administrative areas, and theater clean and organized.
• Assist with setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Highlands Hall.
