Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to join their community. The Concierge is often the first contact and sets the tone for potential residents, families, and visitors, answering questions and guiding tours as needed.

This role supports the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director in marketing and sales efforts while handling general administrative duties. Weekend shift 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional Monday–Friday coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets visitors and residents with a warm welcome.
• Answers incoming calls and routes them with the appropriate greeting.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members.
• Assists with community recruitment data entry and other admin duties.
• Monitors the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Provides a concise overview of community information to inquiries.
