Dweck Properties is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Concierge to serve as the community’s after-hours resource in Arlington, VA. From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., you’ll welcome residents, assist visitors, monitor activity, respond to concerns, and help prepare the property for the day ahead.
You’ll work independently, stay alert, and use phones, computers, security monitors, and package-management systems to ensure a welcoming, secure environment while delivering excellent resident service.
As our Part-Time Overnight Concierge, you are the community's after-hours resource and a dependable presence throughout the night. Working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., you will support residents, assist visitors, monitor building activity, respond to after-hours concerns, and help prepare the community for the day ahead. While overnight hours are typically quieter, there is still plenty to accomplish. This role calls for independence, attentiveness, sound judgment, and clear communication to help maintain a welcoming, secure, and well-prepared environment throughout the night.
This role regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, and communicating with residents and guests for extended periods. The team member must occasionally be able to handle light packages, with or without reasonable accommodation.
This part-time position follows an established schedule. Time-off requests must be submitted to and approved by the manager in accordance with the Concierge Time Off Policy. Permanent part-time Concierge team members may take off one weekend per calendar quarter.
New hires are required to attend Dweck's New Hire Orientation, which is typically held on the second Monday of each month at our Headquarters office in Washington, D.C. Orientation is a fully paid day that begins at 9:30 a.m. and continues through late afternoon. Parking and lunch are provided.
