Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and respond to requests with a gracious, professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct multiple phone lines; assist with packages and mail.
• Monitor access to the building and maintain security for residents and visitors.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Maintain front desk organization and professional image at all times.
