Job summary

The B. F. Saul Company is seeking an Evening Concierge for Hampden House in Bethesda, MD. You will deliver superior front desk service to residents, visitors, and vendors, creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere as you greet requests and manage inquiries.

Under General Manager supervision, you will handle packages, screen access, and multi-line phone duties, while upholding professional standards and attention to detail in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Related experience as a concierge or a strong customer service background.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Having a gracious approach to all activities.
• Always presenting a professional image.
• Greeting and responding to resident requests and inquiries.
• Addressing residents’ concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards.
• Ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Managing multiple phone lines and directing them to the appropriate destination.
• Assisting with resident packages and mail.
