Job summary

The B. F. Saul Company is seeking an Evening Concierge at Hampden House in Bethesda, MD to deliver superior front desk service to residents, visitors and vendors. You will greet residents, respond to inquiries, and ensure building access while maintaining a welcoming, secure environment.

This Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm position offers competitive pay ($17–$21 per hour) and a benefits package with healthcare, 401(k), and PTO. Prior concierge or customer-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Related experience as a concierge or a strong customer service background.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service at the front desk for residents, visitors and vendors.
• Greet residents and respond to requests and inquiries.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage multiple phone lines and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with resident packages and mail.
